Medical Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant (Hiring Urgently)
Medical Receptionist & Chiropractic Assistant:
- We are a female owned 5-star rated clinic with a talented and friendly team looking for a medical receptionist that is either already a chiropractic assistant or can be trained as a chiropractic assistant.
- Our Injury Clinic and Wellness Center offers acupuncture, chiropractic and massage therapy in a welcoming inclusive environment with a focus on patient, staff and community well-being.
- Looking for someone who loves the idea of working for a small business environment with a core team and has an interest or passion for alternative medicine.
- Shifts will be Monday 9am - 6:15pm, Wednesday 1pm-7:15pm, Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 1pm -7:15pm.

Preferred:
- CA (Chiropractic Assistant) License a big plus
- Medical experience.
- Scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Drive, Adobe.
- Experience with practice management software (Office Ally) is a plus.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Duties:
- Answering multiple phone lines.
- Medical records requests and coordinating referrals.
- Explaining insurance benefits.
- Checking in/out patients.
- Complex appointment scheduling.
